Moments after his Michigan Wolverines defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 76-68 in the second round of the NCAA tournament on Saturday, coach Juwan Howard made it a point to console an opposing player.
Chandler led Tennessee with 19 points and 9 assists while Josiah-Jordan James added 13.

Brooks finished with 23 points, including a looping, improvised hook shot and two free throws as the Wolverines put away the Volunteers, who had a six-point lead with 8 1/2 minutes left but then went four minutes without scoring. Their cold shooting continued until it was too late. Hunter Dickinson finished with 27 points on 8-of-13 shooting and 11 rebounds.
