Video from O’Donnell, Texas, which is south of Lubbock, shows a large truck and cars submerged on Highway 87 on Thursday, June 1 because of heavy rainfall. Watch the video below. The National Weather Services says 3 to 5 inches of rain fell within an hour making the roads impassable. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is deploying emergency resources to help communities affected by the flooding and severe weather.
