Elsewhere in the WHL, the Swift Current Broncos edged the Red Deer Rebels 5-4 and the Prince George Cougars clipped the Kelowna Rockets 5-3.

KELOWNA, B.C. — Viliam Kmec scored twice and added two assists as the visiting Prince George Cougars clipped the Kelowna Rockets 5-3.
