Jordan Michael Baxter is described as 28 years old, 178 cm tall and weighing 84 kg with red hair, blue eyes and a tattoo of the word "FAME" across the front of his neck.
Baxter faces counts of breaching a release order, obstructing a police officer, using a forged document and possessing stolen property under $5,000 from an alleged September 19 incident. A warrant for his arrest was issued on October 12. RCMP say Baxter is considered violent and should not be approached.
