Joel Jasper Paul Thomas at large on firearms charges
Prince George RCMP are on the lookout for a man at large and facing several firearms-related charges.
Joel Jasper Paul Thomas is described as 30 years old, Indigenous, 183 cm tall and weighing 105 kg with black hair, brown eyes and two tattoos on his right arm, one saying "Prince George VLA" and the other saying "MOB VLA $ CP. A warrant for Thomas' arrest was issued August 19 after he failed to appear in court. He faces eight firearms-related charges from an alleged April 20 incident.
Thomas is considered violent and should not be approached, RCMP warn. Instead, if you see him call police immediately. Anyone with information on where Thomas may be is asked to contact Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300.
