Matthew Moriarty, 41, of Cole Harbour allegedly recorded video of females in washroom at paddling club
Matthew Douglas Moriarty, 41, of Cole Harbour faces six charges of voyeurism for allegedly recording video of females without their consent in a washroom at Abenaki Aquatic Club in Dartmouth between July 18 and 20. The identities of the alleged victims are protected by a publication ban. At least one of the complainants was under the age of 18. “The safety and privacy of our members and staff is our top priority,” Abenaki’s board of directors said in a statement posted on the club’s Facebook page July 21. “We are co-operating fully with police as they conduct their investigation and providing support to the victims.”
