have officially made history together with their jaw-dropping, energetic and Latina-powered Super Bowl halftime show.
The Colombian and Puerto Rican artists spotlighted some of their biggest talents Sunday night at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, from Shakira playing various instruments to J.Lo’s impeccable dance moves. The Latina powerhouses also paid tribute to their roots by incorporating different choreography, such as the Afro-Colombian Champeta and Puerto Rico’s salsa. They also used their stage time to send awhen Lopez's daughter Emme got onstage to kick off her mother's 1999 hit “Let’s Get Loud.” Their performance brought awareness of the humanitarian crisis at the Southern border when dark patches of the field were illuminated by several neon structures with children caged inside.
