Celebration six decades in the making set for July 6-8, 2023

The Lasalle Secondary School 60th anniversary is coming up in 2023 and volunteers are needed to make sure the event goes off smoothly.Organizers have numerous reunion activities planned, including a performance by popular tribute artist Gavan Rousseau, era rooms for each decade of Lasalle's existence, the placing of a time capsule, prize draws, a dunk tank, a pickleball event, a golf tournament at Forest Ridge Golf Course and more.

Rock band Silmaril, an alumni group who played at the 1987 reunion, will be back to rock the house once again. Those who are interested in helping out by volunteering during the reunion weekend are asked to send an email to the committee to let them know. The email address is [email protected].

An Alumni Challenge launched November 1 with the goal of raising $6,000 in 60 days to help fund student bursaries. For more information or to make a donation, visit reunion website, lasalle-lancers.com or the reunion Facebook page here.
