The familiar voices that have welcomed visitors to Disneyland and Disney California Adventure for decades will soon be changing as the husband-and-wife team behind the daily park announcements are departing after their contracts were not extended.
Disneyland is thankful and grateful to Rogers and Dixon for sharing their voice talents with guests throughout the years, according to Disneyland officials. In 2021, Disneyland replaced announcements that began “Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls” with the more gender-inclusive “Hello friends.”
