It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Gilberte (Bebette) Vincent (née Riopel) on Friday, August 18th, 2023 at the age of 85. Gilberte was the daughter of Philippe and Jeanne d'Arc Riopel both predeceased.
It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Gilberte Vincent on Friday, August 18th, 2023 at the age of 85. Gilberte was the daughter of Philippe and Jeanne d'Arc Riopel both predeceased.
Married to the love of her life Marcel Vincent for 63 years until his passing in 2017. Gilberte and Marcel lived a full and happy life enjoying travel, fiddle/music festivals, and spending time with family and friends at their home in Lavigne. Loving mother of Carole , Pierrette , and Normand of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother to Ginette, Joel, Patrick, Alain, Renée, André, Philippe, Luc, Maxine, and Désirée, and great-grandmother to Keenan, Mikko, Jude, Haiden, Isaac, Jonah, Riley, Katie, Leo, and Dorothy. Gilberte will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her siblings Robert , Georgette , Richard, predeceased , Madeleine , and Claude, and her many cousins, nieces and nephews.A special thank you to Dr. Sullivan and the staff at Health Sciences North for all the care and support. There will be no visitation or service; a celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 30 from 1 - 4 pm at the Minnow Lake Legion, 1553 Weller St., Sudbury.
