We surprise Community Wellness Bus workers with supplies, food and other items to give to those in need
The Community Wellness Bus serves our community’s most vulnerable by providing them with primary health care, harm reduction tools, food and supplies right in their neighbourhoods.
In our latest Random Act of Kindness, SooToday went shopping for food, toiletries, hygiene products, blankets, undergarments and other basic support needs to help fill the Community Wellness Bus. We also aimed to brighten the day of CWB staff, who work tirelessly day in and day out to tear down the barriers that vulnerable people face when accessing healthcare resources.A big thank you to our very generous sponsor, Joe Ruscio Professional Corporation, for making this Random Act of Kindness possible.
