"On February 1st, a chocolate lab puppy named Ruby was inside her owner's vehicle when it was stolen. Today, Det. Albanese and Det. Morell were thrilled to reunite Ruby with her owner," the caption said."Welcome home Ruby!" Both the owner, who police did not identify, and Ruby were visibly overjoyed to see one another on Tuesday.The very happy owner noted that the officers even"found her cage" before dancing with the puppy in her arms.
