Wembanyama, in front of a sold out crowd at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, scored nine points with eight rebounds and five blocks in his first Summer League game. Wembanyama shot just 2-of-13 from the field, about 15%, in the San Antonio Spurs’ 76-68 win over the Charlotte Hornets. "Just gotta get acclimated to the new style of play … Next time, I'm going to do better," Wembanyama said on ESPN after the game."I hope to do better every time."
