in connection with an aggravated sexual assault offense from July 2005. He posted a bail of $25,000 and was released the following day.
Court documents say some of the women whom Green is accused of assaulting told officers an account of the assault years later and identified Green through photos. Police believe there are others cases that match his physical description and M.O. They say more charges are pending.‘Out-of-body experience’
Green forced her out of the truck to perform sexual acts, an affidavit said. The woman said she fought him and attempted to escape, running around the truck. But Green hit her in the back of the head with a brick — so hard, the woman said, “she felt the bones in her face get pushed out and had an out-of-body experience,” police wrote in an affidavit.
He told her his home was on the way and he would take her home, police wrote in an affidavit. Instead, he drove to a wooded area about two miles away in the 3400 block of Mallory Drive and forced her to perform sexual acts. Police wrote in an affidavit that officers interviewed her April 7 at Dallas police headquarters and she identified Green after officers showed her a single photo of him.A little over three weeks ago, police accused Green of assaulting a 17-year-old girl in November 2000.
Green made about three to five deliveries during the trip, an affidavit said. During the ride, he asked the girl questions, including whether she drank and smoked and what school she went to — the girl responded by saying she was a teenager.Eventually Green stopped the car at a motel in the 1800 block of Park Avenue, an affidavit said. He parked the vehicle and went inside the office while the girl waited in the truck. Green returned and parked the truck in front of a motel room.
So, she ran and locked the door at which point Green came back and demanded to be let in. But a few moments later, he stopped knocking and left the area in his pickup truck.
