The average price for a home in Vaughan was $1.33 million in January 2023, according to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. That’s down 1 per cent or $13,034 from December 2022 and down 11.7 per cent or $176,189 compared to January 2022.
Detached houses averaged $1.8 million, down 7.7 per cent or $149,945 month-over-month and down 15.7 per cent or $334,139 year-over-year. There were 66 detached house sales and after an average of 25 days on the market and 214 active listings at the end of the month. Attached houses averaged $1.06 million, down 3.9 per cent or $43,267 month-over-month and down 22.8 per cent or $313,033 year-over-year. There were 15 attached house sales after an average of 26 days on the market and 42 active listings at the end of the month.
