Six of the locations in the program are being put in place all year after successful summer pilots the past few years
The plazas will operate from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily from May 15 to Oct. 16, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 17 to May 14, 2024.
