The woman called 911 and reported the incident. Police were able to find the suspect, who was last seen walking north towards Stanley Park, and arrested him.Police believe the suspect may have approached other people on the beach during the Mother’s Day weekend, and are asking anyone who interacted with him or saw him massaging other beachgoers to contact police at 604-717-4034.Article content

He is described as South Asian, in his 30s, with a medium-heavy build and short dark hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white and blue striped shirt, beige cargo shorts, a black hat and black sunglasses.
