US Commandos mount anti-terror raid to take out high-ranking leader 'thought to be Al-Baghdadi's ISIS successor'
The U.S.-led raid targeted a high-ranking jihadist in a house near Atmeh in the Idlib province of northern Syria. An Iraqi intelligence official said the target may have been ISIS leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi. The White House has not yet confirmed the target's identity but is expected to do so later this afternoon. U.S.
