Uride has announced it has raised a total of nearly $8,000 from the Ride for a Reason initiative as part of its ongoing Good Deeds Program.

The initiative took place on July 25 with 10% of fares going to local senior centres in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.“We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all the riders who joined us in this endeavour,” Founder and CEO of Uride, Cody Ruberto, says in a release. “Your decision to book a Uride on July 25 has significantly impacted the lives of our senior community members. Together, we have shown that even a small act of kindness can make a tremendous difference.”
