Upscale apartment complex planned near Jacksonville's River City Marketplace

The busy River City Marketplace area on Jacksonville's Northside is getting more restaurants. Soon, luxury apartments will open nearby.

Aventon executives said the apartments will complement the growing North Jacksonville community.

Aventon bought the land for $4.25 million from Jax North Apartment Owner LLC in a sale recorded April 20, 2021, Duval County court records show.
