The results leave the Panthers at 6-4-0-0 and in a three-way tie for second place with the Saint Mary’s Huskies and Moncton . The Panthers are back in action against the St. Francis Xavier X-Men on Nov. 9 in Antigonish, N.S. The Panthers finished the game 1-for-4 on the power play. Moncton went 0-for-4 with the man advantage.Before a season-high crowd of 1,093 fans at MacLauchlan Arena, Simon Pinard’s goal at 7:56 of the third period snapped a 1-1 tie and Isaac Nurse added an insurance marker at 16:45.
