Multiple charges have been laid after a stolen vehicle was recovered in Madoc.Members of the Central Hastings OPP Detachment, with assistance from the OPP Emergency Response Team and OPP Canine unit, were able to track down those involved.
These include 38-year-old Daniel Foley of Peterborough who was charged with the following:CC 355 – Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $500036-year-old Sherri Tremblay of Quinte West and 34-year-old Sabrina Tremblay of Belleville were each charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000. Foley and Sherri Lynn Tremblay were remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville for a bail hearing on January 9. Sabrina Tremblay was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville for a bail heading on January 9.
