Thunder Bay Police say the injuries to a 12-year-old cyclist are not life-threatening.
THUNDER BAY — Police say a young cyclist involved in a collision with a vehicle in the north end late Monday afternoon sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
In a brief statement Tuesday morning, TBPS said members of the traffic unit are continuing their investigation into the incident. The city installed a pedestrian crossover at Huron and Shuniah Street in 2022, and maintains a crosswalk with a crossing guard in front of Vance Chapman School on Huron Avenue.
