Police are on scene investigating.
A person has died and a man has been arrested after two incidents this morning in downtown Vancouver.
In front of the Queen Elizabeth Theatre box office, near the intersection of West Georgia and Hamilton Street, a white tent is now set up and a tarp covers a body. Police have blocked off the plaza, known as šxʷƛ̓exən Xwtl'a7shn, and Centennial Fountain.A block west, on Homer Street near West Georgia, police tape blocks off a second scene where a large pool of blood is on the sidewalk.
