Stockton University's second residential hall in Atlantic City will be available for students in Fall 2023.

The 135,000-square-foot residential building features apartment and suite-style living, with rooms ranging from studios priced at $12,880 per academic year to two-bedroom apartments priced at $19,764 per academic year. Students who will be living in the nearly-complete complex, which is about 15 miles from the university’s main campus in Galloway, will also have access to a courtyard, lounges on each floor, a meeting room and business center.
Sophomore Charmaine Harris, who joined Harini on the tour, also said that she’s excited about living in the new building next semester.The completion of Stockton University’s Phase II Residence Hall comes almost six years after the school began its expansion into Atlantic City through adeveloped as a public/private partnership with the Atlantic City Development Corp.
