"Dear Ukrainians, this morning, President Putin announced a special military operation in the Donbas," Zelenskyy said. "Russia has attacked our military infrastructure and our border guards," Zelenskyy continued."Explosions were heard in many cities of Ukraine. We introduce martial law throughout the state."
