Jason Simmonds • The GuardianBERWICK, N.S. — Summerside D. Alex MacDonald Ford Western Capitals forward David Sibilevich scored his first goal in the Maritime Junior Hockey League on March 10.

Sibilevich, from Ukraine, connected on the power play at 11:11 of the third period to give the Caps a 4-0 lead over the host Valley Wildcats. Summerside went on to win the game 4-1. Sibilevich, who signed with the Caps before the Feb. 10 roster deadline, made his MHL debut against the Miramichi Timberwolves on March 9.

Tate Brenner , JD Shoniker and Lincoln Waugh also scored for the Capitals, who improved to 34-13-3-0 . Sid McNeill , Trent Crane , DonHeaven Veilleux and Ed McNeill added assists.Summerside Western Capitals. - ContributedChad Arsenault earned the goaltending win over Justin Bourque.
