Mr Zelenskyy says Ukraine will quit talks with Moscow if Russia destroys people in the city of Mariupol and holds"pseudo-referendums" to create "pseudo-republics" in Russian-occupied areas. Mr Zelenksyy says he is grateful for help from the US and the UK.

The pair have enjoyed a friendly relationship during the war in Ukraine, with Mr Zelenskyy frequently praising his counterpart for the UK's help.The UK will send Stormer vehicles that can launch high-velocity Starstreak missiles - with the ability to destroy jets and helicopters - The Times reported.The Russian state investigative body has said it is looking into a Russian media report alleging sabotage experts from the UK's SAS special forces have been deployed to western Ukraine.
