- Hashicorp said on Tuesday the cloud software vendor received a notice from the UK's Competition and Markets Authority last week saying it would begin a phase one review of the company's merger with International Business Machines .Shares fell more than 2% in early trading as the Special K cereal maker projected 2024 adjusted net sales to come in at the lower end of its prior forecast range of 1% growth to 1% decline.
