Chesapeake sells Eagle Ford shale assets for $1.4 billion

The deal, expected to close in the second quarter, is London-based INEOS Energy’s entry as operator into the U.S. onshore oil and gas market.
INEOS Energy is actively producing and trading oil, gas, power and carbon credits, as well as investing in LNG, hydrogen and carbon capture and storage.KBR has launched sustainable aviation fuel technology in alliance with Swedish Biofuels AB, a technology developer. The alliance extends KBR's decarbonization and energy transition portfolio into the aviation sector with a differentiated SAF offering.
