About 11:45 p.m., Joseph Banales was driving in the 15400 block of Interstate 35 North when he began swerving, witnesses told Selma police.His car almost struck another vehicle before it hit the inside median and came to a stop, police said.Banales, 22, was identified by a relative who spoke with KSAT, who said he was heading home after dropping off his girlfriend following a military ball.
