U.S. Border Patrol arrested approximately 47,000 migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border and around 700 at the Canada border in November.
This represents a significant drop from October and the lowest monthly total since the pandemic and Trump's presidency. Biden's administration implemented restrictions on claiming asylum in June, contributing to this decline, while Mexico has also increased its immigration enforcement
