The U.S. Treasury Department on Wednesday imposed sanctions for human rights violations against Abdelrahim Hamdan Dagalo, a senior commander in Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces , a brutal paramilitary force led by Dagalo’s brother Mohammed Hamdan Daglo.
