He said the investigation is ostensibly about "giving survivors a voice" but that it is "now pursuing" individuals suspected to have been "complicit" in Al Fayed's offending. The current managing director of Harrods, Michael Ward, has apologized to former employees who said they were sexually assaulted by Al Fayed.
