A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and a Canada-wide warrant issued for another teen in the death of an Indigenous woman that police say was connected to a spree of assaults in Winnipeg earlier this week

Police were first called early in the morning for a seriously injured man in a parking lot beside an apartment building. About 30 minutes later, patrol officers found another seriously injured man at the rear of a nearby hotel.Article content The teenagers have also been charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
