Napper and Lange were recognized by the Saskatoon Fire Department with the Award of Merit Friday morning for the actions they took on Nov. 17, 2022 to save the tenants.said Napper and Lange made decisions that were critical in saving the residents from a potentially fatal outcome. He said not everyone can think clearly in an emergency situation, but both of them did.
