A California investor has acquired two office buildings south of DFW International Airport.

The buildings on Amon Carter and Trinity boulevards contain more than 230,000 square feet of space and were purchased byThe buildings in the CentrePort business park were previously built and renovated by Dallas developer KDC. The largest of the properties sold is at 14800 Trinity Boulevard and contains 125,000 square feet of space. The building was constructed in 2000 and KDC remodeled the property for the United States Postal Inspection Service.

The second building at 4950 Amon Carter Boulevard has 108,000 square feet of space and was built in 2007 as a call center for CUNA Mutual Group. Commercial property firm Transwestern brokered the building sales. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.“We liked the risk-adjusted returns for this investment, the outstanding D-FW market fundamentals and the strong tenancy at the properties,” Boyd Messmann, senior vice president and head of acquisitions for Vertical Ventures, said in a statement.
