Team New Jersey places sixth in both Junior and 16U Freestyle, as 15 wrestlers finish in top eight
Blair Academy’s Leo Deluca wrestles Notre Dame’s Cooper Feltman at 113-pounds as Notre Dame wrestling hosts Blair Academy on Jan 7, 2022Team New Jersey crowned a pair of champions in Fargo, ND, on Wednesday night when Blair Academy’s Leo DeLuca won the Junior Freestyle National title at 120 and Delbarton’s Jayden James won the 16U Freestyle championship at 132.
Team New Jersey finished sixth in the team standings for Junior Freestyle with 103 points, behind champion Pennsylvania, with 210, Wisconsin , Oklahoma , California and Iowa . The N.J.
