First\u002Ddegree murder charges were sworn Monday against two of them, Tanvir Khakh, 21, and Gursimran Sahota, 25.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team announced late Sunday that “multiple arrests” had been made in the murders, which happened outside the Sundial hotel in the Whistler village about 12:19 p.m.
Both were appeared in North Vancouver provincial court on Monday and were remanded in custody until their next appearance Aug. 4. After the hitman killed Harb, Meninder chased him two blocks and stabbed him in the eye. But he was not charged for the stabbing. Nor was he charged after police seized a loaded handgun with his fingerprints on it near the Surrey clubhouse of Hells Angels Hardside Chapter in November 2020.
