Calgary police are investigating two deaths that occurred in separate locations on Sunday night in the city's northwest. Police responded to reports of a person in medical distress at the 0 to 100 block of Kincora Grove N.W., around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived, police say they found a man in his 70s who was dead. Later on Sunday, at 11:15 p.m., as police continued to investigate, they found a second victim whom they believe to be the man's daughter.
The woman was in her 30s and was found in the 300 block of Tuscany Ridge Heights N.W. Because police believe both deaths were targeted, they said the incidents pose no threat to public safety. They added that investigators are looking for a black Nissan Pathfinder with the Alberta licence plate CLN-5276, which they believe was driven by the woman's spouse
