ABC Nissan, meanwhile, will have to pay $100,000 to consumers, $25,000 in civil penalties, and $25,000 in costs and attorney fees. That’s in addition to a previous consent decree from 2018 for similar behavior in which it had to pay $130,000 in restitution.
