Tom Cotton, a couple of days ago, spouting a conspiracy theory that the Chinese made this virus. Don't try to spool up some of whoever was wearing tinfoil hats, in your audience.Let's apply Occam's razor and just call crazy crazy. This is crazy. It's an insane thing to do because it's just wildly irresponsible and was totally unnecessary. I don't know what Tom Cotton gets out of this.
