Three-Alarm Highrise Fire Destroys Balconies, Displaces Over 300 in Downtown TorontoEmergency crews responded to a three-alarm highrise fire at an apartment building near Bleecker Street and St. James Avenue in downtown Toronto on Saturday morning. Heavy smoke and flames were reported near the sixth floor, forcing the evacuation of the building.
