Tsehay Ethiopian Restaurant posts liquor license at former Los Cuates (La Fourchette) space
, a group exhibition featuring seven contemporary artist-jewelers investigating the power of potential of ceramics in personal adornment. Influenced by and in response to the zeitgeist of our times, artists explore the voids and interstices between jewelry and the human form by manipulating clay, porcelain, and metal.
The exhibition features artists Jen Allen, April Felipe, Mia Kwon, Lynn Latta, Maia Leppo, Lorna Meaden, and Didem Mert.RIPPLE EFFECTDistrict artist jewelers, Analya Cespdes and Denisa Piatti, are hosting Jenna Shaifer of Ombré Gallery to exhibit the show in their studio in Penn Quarter at 923 F Street, #301. A reception will be held Saturday, May 6th from 1-3 PM
