The world must work together to fight climate change, regardless of who’s in the White House, says environment minister-turned-UN chair Catherine McKenna.Catherine McKenna, chair of the United Nation's net-zero working group, says she wishes COP29 were being held in a different country under different circumstances, but that world leaders must not 'throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Nevertheless, McKenna says delegates are moving forward. She's there in her role as chair of the UN's net-zero working group, and will present a report on Thursday examining where corporations stand on their climate commitments.Look, I mean, it's hard.
