Connecticut Democrat Chris Murphy told The Atlantic Trump 'went for the whole enchilada and lost badly.'

The White House is hoping that the failure of the Hanoi summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un could pave the way for lower-level talks to yield results, it has been reported.
