By John Wagner John Wagner National reporter leading The Post's breaking political news team Email Bio Follow March 14 at 8:01 AM President Trump issued a fresh veto threat Thursday morning as the Republican-led Senate appeared poised to pass a measure rebuking him over his national emergency declaration at the U.S.-Mexico border.
