Trudeau to attend Caribbean summit in Bahamas as Haiti crisis deepens

The country is embroiled in crisis, with violent gangs jockeying for territory in the capital Port-au-Prince and international watchdogs reporting rampant sexual assault, kidnappings and a worsening health emergency.
