Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shuffled his cabinet amid a crisis of “legitimacy” as he faces growing calls from within his own party to resign, while the NDP looked to take “the wind out of his sails” by announcing plans to defeat the government just as the newly minted ministers were gathering at Rideau Hall. “A lot of this is about legitimacy,” said Lori Turnbull, a political science professor at Dalhousie University, regarding the Dec.
