Priests for Life hasn’t been awarded any money but just making the list pokes holes in the Liberal government’s commitment to protecting women’s rights, an NDP MP says.

Instead, she encouraged MPs to continue to provide feedback on applicants.
Priests for Life did receive one grant in 2021 in the riding of Essex, and the department says on its website that prior decisions can be a factor in whether an organization is granted funds again.
